- Brand and product design studio: brand, creative and growth design for fintech MPOWER Financing, brand builds for new ventures, and AI-native products.
- MPOWER Financing (fintech, 25+ markets): owned the visual identity end to end. Audited the category (SoFi, CommonBond, Future Finance), repositioned the brand as “founded by international students, for international students”, and refreshed its tone of voice and typography.
- Wrote, shot and cut MPOWER’s brand film in one week with the copywriter; the film helped close a $313.5M loan securitisation.
- Built MPOWER’s brand system, guidelines and paid-social template system in Figma, documented in Supernova, so growth and marketing teams could produce on-brand work independently. Social engagement rose ~25% and funnel drop-offs fell 34.5%.
- Built and led a five-person in-house creative team for MPOWER (art direction, copy, strategy, design and social), defining intake, briefing, review and approval workflows, managing external illustrators, and mentoring the junior designer and junior social media member.
- Delivered editorial and print: scholarship one-pagers, country guides and the 2025 Social Impact Report, plus original content shoots with the growth team.
- Log & Live (Czech log-home brand): co-led identity, pattern and illustration system; built a hybrid image library by combining photography from a hired photographer with Higgsfield generation.
- Built logandlive.com (Czech and Slovak) with an AI-native workflow: 119 of 130 commits AI co-authored, a 72-token design system with automated tests that block off-token typography, and scripted visual QA across 84 route and viewport checks.
- Lancelot (AI productivity app for neurodivergent freelancers): product and design lead. Wrote 98% of the current codebase (850+ commits) through a pipeline of AI build, review and verify agents, and reviews and merges a remote engineer’s contributions.
- Created the RoundTable Design system for Lancelot: 96 design tokens, a Storybook design guide with changelog, an automated gate that stops off-system styling from growing, and accessibility standards grounded in a 110-respondent user survey.
